Close to the train station and metro station. The owner was very communicative and honest. The inside was clean, air conditioned, and the bed was large.

Bagno was big and simone was extremely kind and very friendly, he was polite and very gentle even we were lil late ( it was Christmas night too ). He also recommended some places to visit places near by.

The host/caretaker Simone was a cheerful gentleman. The room was of adequate size with a separate bathroom. The apartment is on 4th floor with a paid elevator (10 cents). Walking distance to napoli centrale/garibaldi and porta nolana stations. The area seemed quite safe. All in all a good place.
Nothing in general. A british couple was confused about their bathroom but Simone solved the issue.

It was a convenient location to the train station, shops and food places. Staff were lovely and welcoming and corrected any issues we have had.
We struggled to turn the A/C off and on, you couldn’t really adjust it. Despite turning it off, the room was always really cold and we had to have extra blankets and layers at night. The towels that we were initially given were dirty but that was corrected and we had fresh ones given the next day. We were a little gutted that the coffee machine in the room did not work.
