    The have made some renovations lately... everything was at the top. The only one thing that must be done is to change the low light at the single room.... must be brighter. Thank you

    Nice hotel, near main station (400m), lovely staffs, wide room with full facilities, but on the high floor without elevator, and hot water off and on.

    We had everything we needed. However the street in the night looked very scary, with drunk people around.. but don’t be fooled by the outside look of the hotel. Inside is pretty lovely, the staff is friendly and breakfast ok. Good to stay for one night on the budget :)

    Pros: - good location near Napoli Centrale station - Clean hotel - Decent value for money - Lots of food options nearby Cons: - Hotel needs a major refurbishment - Experienced several electrical outages - Staff was EXTREMELY rude (we were told that our electrical devices caused the power outages in our room when we only charged our phones and laptop - it was clear that the issue lies within the room as we had charged our devices without any issues on our first day)
