La Mensa Ponderaria

Comfortable, clean and centrally located. Very comfortable bed. A tiny but well-equipped kitchen for longer stays. A rooftop terrace with an excellent view of the town and surrounding area was a bonus. Pack lightly. The apartment is on the third floor. There is no elevator. Giovanni was proactive in reaching out and ensuring we had everything we needed. He met us at check-in, helped us with our luggage, provided us with the necessary parking permit, then drove with us to the parking area. He recommended a nearby restaurant/pub which was excellent. I highly recommend this apartment.

I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. The room had aircon, heating, coffeemaker & kettle, fridge and the bathroom offered bathroom amenities plus bandaids and a hairdryer. Giovanni, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. As Tivoli is absolutely beautiful I will come back soon!
