Large family home in the town center and close to essential shops.
The advantages: Private outdoor space with the possibility of parking several vehicles and private above-ground swimming pool. On the ground floor: Large living room with Alsatian wood stove, TV lounge, utility room, Alsatian wood stove kitchen and air conditioning, veranda, dining room.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed (120 cm), a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (more suitable for teenagers) and a single bed, a family suite with a bed 2 people and a private bathroom, toilet and shower room.
Outside: a garage where it is possible to park a car and a courtyard with private above-ground swimming pool measuring 5.90 x 3.60 m.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the gîte's heating is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will have to be paid on site to the hosts).
