About this villa rental
In the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in France. Dating from the end of the 10th century, Saint-Benoît-du-Sault is the border between the Pays d'Oc and the Pays d'Oil, where the rivalries between France and England were played out for more than 100 years.
It is in this magnificent village that this villa with private pool is located not overlooked.

Close to all amenities: super U 2 minutes walk, Pmu tobacconist, post office, bakery, butcher, pharmacy 10 min walk.

Remarkable lake combining supervised swimming in July and August, playground for the little ones, water slide, picnic tables, petanque and fishing in an exceptional site. Motorhome area on the edge of the lake.
30 minutes from Lake Eguzon which is the largest lake in the Centre region. With an area of 312 ha and 17 km long, it allows the practice of many water activities: sailing, windsurfing, pedal boats, water skiing, canoeing, paddle, towed buoys, swimming pool, hiking, climbing and mountain biking. Supervised swimming in July and August and aqualudic park (park of inflatable structures on the water, catapult).

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette grande maison une belle pièce de vie de grandes chambres et un grand parc super agréable. Le propriétaire Gael très à l'écoute

Beaucoup de points positifs sur cette location.
Le contact avec le propriétaire et sa disponibilité à tout moment.
La superficie de cette maison familiale ou chacun a largement son espace de vie.
La literie est très confortable , la cuisine a beaucoup d'équipements, le salon cocooning avec ses gros poufs est au top.
Le terrain est très grand, nous avons pu y stationner nos 5 voitures.
Il n'y a pas de vis à vis, c'est un endroit très calme ou on se sent bien.
Pour les courses il y a juste à traverser la route.
Il y a une belle piscine, un barbecue, des jeux...
Si vous souhaitez passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amis n'hésitez pas, c'est ici qu'il faut venir.
