About this cottage rental
In the heart of Boischaut Sud and Berry, a 13-person gîte set up in an authentic 19th-century train station, which has retained the charm and finery of its railway heritage, while offering the modern comfort necessary for your stay!
Above-ground swimming pool of 5.50 m x 3.50 m (140 cm deep) open from June to September. On the ground floor:
- 40 m² living room with pellet stove,
- 15 m² lounge - TV equipment,
- 14 m² fully equipped kitchen,
- Separate toilet,
- direct access to the terrace on the platform and to the garden,
- bedroom for 2 people (180 cm bed or 2 single beds) to PMR standards with private bathrooms.
Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms of 22 m² each for 2 people (160 cm bed - possibility of adding a baby bed) with private bathrooms,
- 1 modular family room of 24 m², allowing to sleep up to 7 people - TV and DVD player, games for children,
- 1 shower room with WC, adjoining the family room and which can be private.
Exteriors:
- terrace on the quay (disused road) with a view of the bocage ("bouchures berrichonnes")
- enclosed garden of 500 m2 with games for children, with enclosed and secure bathing area, trampoline, and unenclosed garden 500 m² with football goals and basketball hoop, ping-pong table...

Parking in front of the cottage. The entire ground floor is wheelchair accessible, thanks to the adapted openings. In addition, a bedroom for two people (23 m2) is fitted out to PMR standards, with its own bathroom.
