In the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in France. Dating from the end of the 10th century, Saint-Benoît-du-Sault is the border between the Pays d'Oc and the Pays d'Oil, where the rivalries between France and England were played out for more than 100 years.

With an area of 312 ha and 17 km long, it allows the practice of many water activities: sailing, windsurfing, pedal boats, water skiing, canoeing, paddle, towed buoys, swimming pool, hiking, climbing and mountain biking. Supervised swimming in July and August and aqualudic park (park of inflatable structures on the water, catapult).
