This house is not a rental investment; it is part of an effort to revitalize the local area. This space was restored to breathe new life into a historic café-restaurant—which opened in 1899 and closed permanently in 2014—to stimulate economic activity in the region and foster synergy within the village. Every piece of furniture and every object has a story; none are placed here by chance. The renovation was planned and carried out with an eye toward future environmental challenges (water scarcity, the end of fossil fuels, food self-sufficiency, etc.). This house invites a sense of serenity and calls for respect.
In the heart of the village, just a few minutes’ walk from shops (newsstand/delicatessen/grocery store/bakery/pharmacy, café, restaurant…), the tourist office, the post office, and bike rentals.
Just a stone’s throw from a playground, a bocce court, and an electric vehicle charging station
