This cozy 2-room bungalow offers 42 m² of space for up to 4 people and one toddler up to 3 years old. The quiet, single-story building, located behind the main house and integrated into the overall complex, ensures pleasant privacy. It is easily accessed from the courtyard.
The apartment features a functional yet charming layout: a bright bedroom with a double bed and two single beds invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The carpeted living area features a spacious seating area, ideal for cozy evenings. Subtle decorative elements echo the maritime flair of the Baltic Sea and create a relaxed atmosphere. Two small rocking chairs under the window invite you to linger, read, or play cards. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment.
The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals—from the stovetop and refrigerator with freezer to a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Perfect for starting the day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea!
The bathroom is both functional and modern, equipped with a shower and toilet. In addition, you’ll have access to a basic supply of soap, dish soap, and other useful household items.

Karlshagen stands out for its numerous bikeand hiking trails that wind through the Peenemünder Haken Nature Reserve, a paradise for nature and wildlife lovers. Come stay at our charming vacation apartment complex, Haus Boettcher, located in a quiet residential area of the idyllic Usedom island town of Karlshagen. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the marina on the Peene River are just a 10- to 15-minute walk away.
Our complex comprises 4 vacation units, three of which are located at the rear of the building. Vacation apartments 1–3 accommodate 3 to 5 people and feature convenient ground-level access. Furnished in a bungalow style, they are simply but lovingly equipped. Apartment 4 is located on the upper floor of the house.
The shared lawn offers a cozy atmosphere and a barbecue area for social evenings.
For our younger guests, we’re happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair free of charge—please specify this when booking. Bedding is included in the price; towels can be added upon request. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made, so your vacation can begin right away!
If you’re traveling with your own bicycles, you can park them safely on the property. Please note that the apartments are not heated.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
