If needed, we can provide a high chair for a toddler free of charge. Towel sets (one bath towel and one small hand towel per person) can be added to your reservation for a fee; bed linens are already included in the booking price.
Free parking for cars and bicycles is available in the courtyard.
The two terraces are Albert’s highlight: this way, you can enjoy the island sun all day long, from breakfast until the last rays of sunlight. The maisonette apartment accommodates up to 4 people plus 1 toddler.
On the first floor, you’ll find the living area with an open kitchen and access to one of the two terraces. The kitchenette, finished in classic, elegant white with accents in wood tones and warm orange, is well-equipped. It includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a 2-burner induction cooktop, and a dishwasher, as well as useful small appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle—everything you need to whip up fresh meals. Under-cabinet lighting on the kitchen cabinets ensures plenty of light while chopping vegetables. At the dining table, high-quality upholstered chairs offer exceptional comfort for socializing, dining, or planning your next day of vacation. The living area is complemented by a modern and cozy seating area. Here, you have access to media such as an LED TV with satellite reception, a radio, and Wi-Fi. The couch is a pull-out and can be used as an extra bed for one person.
Also on the first floor is the elegant bathroom with a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. Opposite the bathroom, a staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor. The larger bedroom has a double bed, while the one next door has two single beds. We’ll make up the beds for you—just make yourself at home when you arrive! Both rooms have wardrobes with various compartments, providing plenty of storage space for your favorite clothes and personal items. Windows cut through the sloped ceilings—so the starry sky over Usedom serves as a natural nightlight!
Karlshagen on Usedom: once you’ve passed the town sign and unpacked your bags, your vacation begins! Our “Hafenquartier” vacation home is located on a quiet side street near the Karlshagen harbor.
The house consists of 4 separate living units, all equipped with the same amenities. Each apartment spans 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms. The “Anna” apartment measures 58 square meters; the other 3 apartments are 55 square meters each. All 4 apartments are ideal for 4 people plus 1 toddler up to 3 years old.
Our vacation apartments can be booked individually or as a set of 2 apartments, and it’s also possible to book the entire property. The two middle units—the “Anita” and “Günter” vacation apartments—can be directly connected via a door.
Bicycles you bring with you can be parked and locked securely in the bike shed. Each apartment has at least one parking space available in the courtyard. If you’re arriving with multiple vehicles, there’s plenty of space available. Leave your car here! Parking in and around Karlshagen is subject to a fee.
You can borrow books from our book box, or feel free to swap out the vacation reading you’ve finished.
Upon arrival, you’ll find the following basic amenities in every apartment: a shower mat, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dish towel, a sponge or dishcloth, 3 dishwasher tablets, and dish soap. You can add a towel package for an additional fee; it consists of one large bath towel and one small hand towel.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
