The Type AS three-room vacation apartment is an 85 m² half of a duplex with a terrace and garden. The apartment is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen. It is only about 800 m to the beach. The path there runs almost entirely along a trail through the pine forest that separates the town from the beach.
The three-room apartments feature two separate bedrooms, an open-concept living and kitchen area, a dining table with six chairs, and a large balcony with patio furniture.
From the apartment entrance, you walk through the hallway directly into the respective rooms. The living room features a comfortable couch, a TV, a stereo system, and a wood-burning stove. Its large picture window faces west, so the terrace invites you to enjoy the sunset. Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with an oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a dining area that seats six.
The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and single beds, respectively, and a closet. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower. There is also a guest restroom in the apartment.
The vacation home offers free Wi-Fi. You’ll find the login information in the guest folder. The vacation rental is managed by the Vratny family on behalf of the owner.

Built in 2005, this semi-detached house offers two spacious units, each with a sunny terrace and a spacious lawn—perfect for families with children, who can play and run around to their heart’s content. Barbecue enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy, as charcoal grilling is expressly permitted in the garden.

A special highlight is the shared coin-operated sauna in the garden, which can be used by both units. After a day at the beach or on cooler evenings, it offers soothing relaxation and rounds out your vacation in a pleasant way.

Each vacation rental has its own parking space directly in front of the house; additional parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity. For those who want to stay connected even while on vacation, free Wi-Fi is available; you’ll find the login details in the information folder in your apartment.

Pets are welcome, provided they do not exceed a shoulder height of 50 cm. This means you can bring your four-legged companion along on vacation.

For a delightful start to your day, the breakfast room at the nearby Pension Maiglöckchen—just about 750 meters away—is at your disposal. There you’ll find a generous buffet (except during the winter season), which you can also enjoy in the guesthouse’s idyllic garden when the weather is nice.
