The heart of the apartment is the spacious and light-filled living, dining, and kitchen area, which is intentionally separated from the other rooms to ensure pleasant privacy. From here, you have direct access to the partially covered south-facing terrace, which invites you to enjoy sunny hours outdoors. The adjacent, lovingly landscaped, and fully fenced-in garden also offers an ideal spot for barbecuing on cozy evenings. 
The apartment features two cozy bedrooms: While the master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 160 cm double bed, the second bedroom offers two single beds that can be flexibly arranged together if needed. High-quality hardwood floors in the living and bedroom areas, along with a modern tiled hallway and an inviting, comfortable bathroom, create an exclusive atmosphere. 
For maximum comfort, the entire apartment is equipped with pleasant underfloor heating and insect screens on all windows. Thanks to the exterior blinds, the rooms can also be completely darkened at any time. A private parking space right next to the house, as well as storage space for your bicycles, round out the amenities and ensure a completely carefree stay.
