If needed, we’ll provide a high chair for a small child free of charge. Towel packages (one bath towel and one small hand towel per person) can be added for an additional fee; bed linens are already included in the booking price.
Free parking for cars and bicycles is available in the courtyard.
Anita features a beautiful terrace and plenty of space for a longer vacation; it’s particularly well-suited for large families, as it can be combined with our Unit 2, Günter, via a connecting door on the first floor. When booked individually, the 55 m² space accommodates up to 4 guests plus 1 toddler.
On the first floor of the maisonette, you’ll find the living area with an open kitchen and access to the 15 m² terrace with barbecue facilities. The kitchenette, finished in classic, elegant white with wood-colored and gray accents, is well-equipped. It includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, 2-burner induction stove, and dishwasher, as well as useful small appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Under-cabinet lighting on the kitchen cabinets ensures plenty of light for chopping vegetables. So nothing stands in the way of enjoying a hearty vacation meal! At the dining table, high-quality upholstered chairs offer exceptional comfort as you enjoy your meal, plan activities for the next day of your vacation, or play a small rummy tournament with the whole family. The living area is rounded out by a modern and cozy seating area. Here you’ll have access to media such as an LED TV with satellite reception, a radio, and Wi-Fi. In the small sideboard, you’ll find a selection of vacation reading material. The couch is a pull-out and can be used as an extra bed for one person. Anita and the neighboring vacation rental, Günter, can be connected via the door in the living area. Also on the first floor is the elegant bathroom with a shower, toilet, and heated floors. Opposite the bathroom, a staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor. The larger bedroom features a double bed, while the adjacent room has two single beds. We’ll make the beds for you, so you’ll feel right at home upon arrival! Both rooms have wardrobes with various compartments, providing plenty of storage space for your favorite clothes and personal items. Windows cut through the sloping ceilings—so Usedom’s starry sky serves as a natural nightlight!
Karlshagen on Usedom: once you pass the town sign and unpack your bags, your vacation begins! Our “Hafenquartier” vacation home is located on a quiet side street near the Karlshagen harbor.
The building consists of 4 separate living units, all equipped with the same amenities. Each apartment spans 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms. The “Anna” apartment measures 58 square meters; the other 3 apartments are 55 square meters each. All 4 apartments are ideal for 4 people plus 1 toddler up to 3 years old.
Our vacation apartments can be booked individually or as a set of 2 apartments, and it’s also possible to book the entire property. The two middle units—the “Anita” and “Günter” vacation apartments—can be directly connected via a door.
Bicycles you bring with you can be parked and locked securely in the bike shed. Each apartment has at least one parking space available in the courtyard. If you’re arriving with multiple vehicles, there’s plenty of space available. Leave your car here! Parking in and around Karlshagen is subject to a fee.
You can borrow books from our book box, or feel free to swap out the vacation reading you’ve finished.
Upon arrival, you’ll find the following basic supplies in every apartment: a shower mat, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dish towel, a sponge or dishcloth, 3 dishwasher tabs, and dish soap. You can add a towel package for an additional fee; it includes one large bath towel and one small hand towel.
