The Space:

The space boasts stylish interiors and a fully equipped kitchen designed with both comfort and practicality in mind. There’s on-site parking available only for our valued guests, and a sofa bed to comfortably accommodate an extra guest.



A small portable air conditioning unit is available at the property.

Situated on the third floor of an architecturally striking residential building, this 48 sqm apartment comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests. It features a spacious bedroom with a king bed and ample wardrobe storage, a modern bathroom with both a bathtub and shower and an open-plan living/dining area with a comfortable sofa bed. A portable air conditioner/heater is also available at the property! There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and for your laundry need a washer/dryer machine to ensure a convenient stay. Large windows, complemented by blackout curtains in the bedroom and cosy soft furnishings, create a bright yet serene atmosphere throughout the space. Perfect for both restful mornings and peaceful evenings.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and 1 parking space in the underground garage. The building is secure and requires entry via the main entrance with a key/fob that can be retrieved from a lockbox located nearby.

Parkside Place is located in a prime central area of Cambridge, near Parker’s Piece and just a short walk to the city centre. You'll find charming local cafés, independent shops, and a wide selection of restaurants nearby. The train station is about 10-15 minutes’ walk away, and the nearest bus stops and taxi stands are just minutes from your door. Supermarkets and pharmacies are within walking distance, making everyday errands convenient.



Getting Around:

Cambridge is a wonderfully walkable city. From Parkside Place, you can reach:

Parker’s Piece – 1 min

City Centre (Market Square, King’s Parade) – ~8–10 min

Cambridge University Colleges – ~10–15 min

Grand Arcade Shopping Centre – ~6 min

Cambridge Railway Station – ~15–20 min (or 5 min by taxi)



Public Transport

Drummer Street Bus Station – Just a 3-minute walk away, with regular services to all parts of the city and surrounding villages

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING. We have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. We operate a self-check-in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs and verify guests in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.



SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. A fee will also apply if the keys are misplaced during your stay or not returned to the lockbox at check-out. Thank you, we really appreciate your co-operation!



A £350 security deposit hold will be placed on your card two days before check-out and released after your stay, provided no issues are identified. Funds typically return within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank. This does not apply to Airbnb bookings. For stays of 10 nights or longer, an interim housekeeping service or linen change must be arranged during your stay. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at check-out. Please do not wash our linens or towels, as they require professional laundering. Charges may apply for unauthorised washing, excessive soiling, or replacement of damaged items. Additional charges may also apply if the property is left in an unreasonable condition at check-out, such as excessive rubbish being left behind or dishes and cookware not being cleared away or loaded into the dishwasher.
