Excellent location for walking into Cambridge to see all the sights (10 mins). Nice pub opposite. Waitrose (5 mins walk). Free street parking pointed out by the host not far from the property but you may have to wait for a space to become available. Parking is very expensive in Cambridge so it was helpful to have this information provided. Flat is well equipped and has everything you may need. Very clean and well furnished. Host is lovely and super responsive.
Ear plugs are provided by the host for a reason. Mostly it was noise from the flat above at random times in the night. Just a sound proofing matter rather than the upper residents being intentionally noisy it seemed. From the reviews we were aware of this issue so were anticipating this and went accepting there may be some noise. So not a problem really.

Good spot for getting into the centre of Cambridge
The two single beds were very hard and lumpy and had to sleep on settee as they were so uncomfortable, I have informed the owners.

The location is excellent. We were able to easily walk to the shops and colleges. It was comfortable and clean. The kitchen excellent. We were warned in advance about roadworks and where to park which made things very easy when accessing the property.
It’s a ground floor apartment, so we were disturbed a few times by the noise made by the occupants in the flat above - but ear plugs are provided at the property.

Its location
The property is very basic, it has everything you need but the that’s it. The general standard was disappointing for the amount we paid. No character whatsoever and the decor was a complete mish mash. Single beds were very small.
