About this apartment rental
Our double bed apartment occupies the first floor enjoys a park view from the bedroom/living room. Within this light and airy room you will find a comfortable double bed with duck and down feather duvets and pillows. The brand new private bathroom is located next door to the room and contains a shower, hand basin and toilet. The apartment has a sofa, desk, flat screen TV, DAB radio, hair dryer and free Wi-Fi access and laundry and cooking facilities are available to use in the fully equipped kitchen.
This room has a small single futon beds available for use, the futon is for occasional use and more suited to a child or small adult. If you wish to book the futon for use you must select a third person and this will instruct us to provide you with the extra bedding needed.
Regency Guest House is an independent boutique hotel in the heart of Cambridge, housed in two neighbouring Victorian buildings overlooking the beautiful 25-acre Parker’s Piece. Built in 1850, the property retains the charm and character of a traditional Victorian townhouse while offering comfortable modern accommodation.
With 16 rooms and apartments, Regency House is ideal for singles, couples, families, business travellers and groups. We offer rooms with private en-suite bathrooms and rooms with shared bathroom facilities. We can accommodate larger groups together, with the option to book an entire building or both buildings exclusively. Apartments with kitchen facilities are ideal for families, longer stays and guests seeking extra space.

Our central location is perfect for exploring Cambridge. We are approximately a five-minute walk from the bus station and ten minutes from the railway station, with the city centre, University, colleges, restaurants, shops and attractions all within easy reach.
The property was fully refurbished in 2020, with modern bathrooms, furniture and fittings. All rooms offer complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, comfortable mattresses and quality feather duvets and pillows. Daily housekeeping, linen and towels are provided.
Breakfast is available by pre-booking in our breakfast room in Building 7. It is 15 GBP per person, with children under 6 eating free. Breakfast is served from 8:30am to 10:30am on weekdays and from 9:00am to 11:00am at weekends.
All guests receive an exclusive 20% discount on food and drinks at the neighbouring pub, located right next door to Regency House.
Please note that the property spans five floors and has no lift. Regency Guest House might not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or certain disabilities.

We stayed two nights in December as we were visiting to attend Addenbrooks hospital. Great location with easy walk into city centre. Room was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was a bonus with all facilities needed. Noise levels low which meant a good nights sleep. Check in very easy with instructions text through.

We stayed in the apartment which was nice and clean but had too much furniture making it feel cramped and difficult to navigate when you have luggage. TV remote missing. A giant lamp was at perfect head height so you kept bashing your head. The toilet flush worked occasionally which was not very amusing, I think it might have something to do with the water pressure in the building.
