- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: sink, 4-burner gas hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso Krups coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle, plus a range of accessories (chopping board, utensils, frying pans, saucepans, etc.);
- Separate toilet with washbasin.
First floor:
- A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm);
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm);
- A large shower room with shower, washbasin and WC;
- A fully-equipped terrace with dining table for 4, parasol, sun lounger and deckchairs;
- Parking available in a secure garage.
- Charges included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels).
- Wi-Fi access subject to 4G network coverage.
