The property is fully fenced and offers pleasant outdoor space with a courtyard to the front, perfect for al fresco dining, and a garden to the rear, ideal for relaxing or playing with the family.
This family home offers the following facilities:
Ground floor:
- A cosy living room with lounge area (sofas, coffee table, TV) and dining area for up to 4 people;
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with sink, 3-burner induction hob, extractor fan, washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a range of accessories (chopping board, utensils, frying pans, saucepans, etc.);
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC;
First floor:
- A first bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190 cm);
- A second bedroom with two single bunk beds (90x190cm);
- A fully equipped double terrace with dining table for 4, parasol, sun lounger and charcoal barbecue;
- Parking available in front of the outbuilding or in the driveway;
- An outbuilding is also available for storing your bikes, beach equipment, etc.
- Charges included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels)
- Wi-Fi access subject to 4G network coverage
