About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 65 m² house less than a kilometer from the beach, for rent in Erquy. It can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It features a lovely south-facing living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 700 m² garden, We're waiting for you!
The accommodation includes :
First floor
- A 40 m² south-facing living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
on the second floor
- Work area with screen and keyboard available
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, cot, high chair, free-standing bath and changing table.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 700 m² unfenced garden + 30 m² tiled terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Trail des Bruyères: April 26 to 28, 2024
- Jumping d'Erquy: September 06 to 08
- Coastal hiking trails (GR34).
- Ornithology.
- Cap d'Erquy (classified Grand Site de France in 2020) and Cap Frehel.

- Excursions to Saint-Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Brieuc, Bréhat...
- Horse riding
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free directly on the grassy area in front of the house (two vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe (approx. 25 km)
- Nearest airport : Rennes (approx. 112 km)
- Bus stop 10 minutes' walk from the house
Other remarks :
- an extra bed (120x190) is available in the work area on the second floor
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels optional, to be booked with the manager before your stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use.
