The fully fenced property offers a pleasant outdoor space with a front courtyard, perfect for al fresco dining, and a back garden, ideal for relaxing or playing with the family.
This family home welcomes you with the following amenities:

- A welcoming living room, furnished with a lounge area (sofas, coffee table, TV) and a dining area that can accommodate up to 4 people;
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: sink, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and numerous accessories (cutting board, utensils, pans, pots, etc.);
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet;
Upstairs:
- A first bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190 cm);
- A second bedroom with two single bunk beds (90x190 cm);
- A double terrace fully furnished with a dining table for 4 people, parasol, sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue;
- Parking available in front of the outbuilding or in the driveway;
- An outbuilding is also available for storing your bicycles, beach equipment, etc.
