Spacious 4BR Row House – Perfect for Families & Groups!

This is a really great location if you’re visiting DC. It’s a 5 minute drive to the Minnesota Ave station parking garage which is really convenient. We had no problem finding parking right outside and the backyard space is really nice. This is in the city so lots of noises and we could hear a really loud concert from the amphitheater but that’s to be expected with a location in the city. The alarm system on the home was a really nice added feature. The 4th bedroom downstairs has the door to the backyard which could be tough for families with little ones that are not responsible enough to stay in a room like that but it worked out nicely for us. The kitchen is very functional but could use a couple more things to be equipped for cooking meals like a cookie sheet, knives that cut better, cutting boards, a few more coffee cups (there were 3 and we had 4 adults), and a bigger pot/pan for cooking. The stove has a griddle on it which is very nice especially for breakfast. No toaster and the coffee pot is only a 5 cup brew. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a convenient location to stay in to enjoy Washington DC. The host was very responsive and even gave suggestions on how to get around based on a what we wanted to see which was very helpful.
