The cottage is on the same property as the owners and overlooks the back of a building materials store, while being close to tourist sites. Discover this recently renovated cottage, combining comfort and light. Located in Plancoët, it features a private, south-facing outdoor space, ideal for enjoying the sun. Inside, the spacious interior accommodates up to 6 people, with one bedroom on the ground floor and two upstairs, perfect for families or friends. In Jugon-les-Lacs: get your bikes on! This small, characterful town, a certified mountain bike resort, offers 200 km of marked trails. Its vast lake (70 hectares) and numerous rivers will delight fishing enthusiasts. Dinard, Saint-Lunaire, and Saint-Briac, seaside resorts with Belle Époque charm, offer promenades, villas, golf courses, and casinos. Saint-Malo, a corsair town surrounded by ramparts, charms with its rich maritime heritage.
