Enclosed fisherman's house on two levels with a large garden.
Lermot is the hamlet of the municipality of Hillion where all the beaches of the municipality are located.
First floor composed of:
A living / dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet
1st floor accessible by a staircase:
2 large bedrooms, one with a bed of 140X190 and a sink and the other with 2 beds (140x190, 90x140).
Enclosed and landscaped garden with garden table, parasol and chairs,
You can park 2 cars in the courtyard.
You can easily walk to the beach in 5 minutes.
Walk on the customs path accessible very easily in the form of a loop of an hour or more.

Sylviane and Michel’s house is clean, warm, roomy, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked there easily. The beds are good, the bathrooms are not cramped, and there is quick plentiful hot water. Sylviane and Michel are friendly and helpful. We loved our stay.

we were happy to have found this little treasure. nice for hiking by the sea. the owners are very nice and helpful. we would return of course.
