Your self-contained holiday rental includes, on the raised ground floor: - a living room/kitchen, - a lounge, - a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), - a shower room with a walk-in shower and double vanity, - a separate toilet. On the first floor: - a bedroom on the left with two single beds (90x190cm) that can be joined together upon prior request, - a small bedroom in the middle with two single bunk beds (90x190cm), - a bedroom at the far end with a double bed (140x190cm), - a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. In the basement: - a games room with foosball, billiards, and darts, - a laundry/storage room, - a garage (for vehicles not too tall) opening onto the east gable end of the house (also convenient for your bicycles and other equipment). Outside: - a 300 m² enclosed garden with a 30 m² south-facing wooden deck, lawn, landscaped flowerbeds, and a pétanque court, - parking for two vehicles at the entrance to the basement. A complete and successful renovation of this 1960s house, where everything is provided for a fantastic stay!
