Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: - a large living room-kitchen, - a back kitchen/laundry room/storage - a toilet Upstairs : - 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 140x190 - 1 bedroom with trundle bed: 2 single beds 90x190 - a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. 2 private cemented terraces: one to the North and one to the South, both with preserved privacy. Garden dedicated to the gîte of approximately 500 m² and dedicated parking space in the courtyard. Gîte adjoining the owner's house. What a treat to arrive at the Dézées gîte! In a perfectly bucolic setting, between woods, meadows and orchards, Marie has been able to combine stone, modern equipment and some old furniture in perfect harmony, to which she restores their splendor. A successful, fresh and clear marriage for a peaceful stay in Pays du Mené. Apart from being able to climb the coast in 30 km (Hillion and Yffiniac, Natural Reserve of the Bay of Saint Brieuc), you will surely have a charming getaway to Moncontour 9 km away. Small City of Character, the latter can be explored on foot for a total and immersive discovery. Another outing to be amazed? 5km away: Mont Bel Air, the highest point of the Côtes d'Armor (339 m), offers hikers beautiful panoramas over the Bay of Saint-Brieuc to the north and the Mené forest to the south. In Plessala, 3 km away: stop in the morning to buy your batch of crepes and pancakes at the Fontaine Saint Père. A gîte that immediately catches your eye, between Lamballe and Loudéac. In a very preserved environment, its light, its arrangements and the welcome of its owner are its strength.
