A superb property and fantastic value for money for our one week stay. A simple and spacious property that was a fantastic base for us to explore Cote d'Armor. The only reason i have not given 5 stars was the close proximity to the host family and the shared garden. A private outdoor space would make it 5 stars easily.

Un très bon emplacement central pour visiter les côtes d'Armor. Propriétaires discrets malgré les habitations contigus. Avantages(produits frais...) et inconvénients(odeurs...) inhérents à la ferme auxquels nous sommes habitués. Gîte au calme très propre et très bien agencé et équipé. De très bons souvenirs en Bretagne !!!

Kindvriendelijke woning met speeltuin en kikkertafel. Omschrijving van de woning klopt met wat je krijgt. Keuken is voldoende uitgerust om het comfortabel te hebben. Minpuntje is dat er geen vliegenramen/deur in zit, waardoor er wel wat vliegen zijn, en er was ook geen vliegenmepper. Een goede locatie als uitvalsbasis voor verschillende mooie uitstappen zowel in de natuur als voor cultuurliefhebbers. Kortom, we hebben ervan genoten.

Bon accueil, gîte agréable et confortable avec le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La ferme étant à proximité, les enfants étaient ravis de voir les petits veau et les engins agricoles. À proximité de st brieuc et de commerces , le gîte était idéalement situé pour l objectif de notre court séjour à plouec Sur lie.

Les photos ne mentent pas, la location est spacieuse, lumineuse, il y a juste ce qu'il faut d'éléments de décoration, c'est élégant et de bon goût. Nous avons apprécié le côté sobre et moderne. Schönes Ferienhaus, sehr komfortabel, unkomplizierte und nette Vermieter

Wir waren sehr gerne dort. Das Haus ist gemütlich, man kann dort sehr gut leben. Es liegt zwar auf einem bewirtschafteten Bauernhof (Kühe), dafür bekommt man auch Milch, und die Anlage des Gartens (mit Planschbecken und Boule-Bahn) ist sehr schön. Allein der separate Frühstücks- und Grillplatz ist etwas lieblos behandelt, aber trotzdem kann man es sich dort schön machen. Man wohnt sehr unabhängig, auch wenn der Besitzer direkt nebenan lebt (und arbeitet). Das direkte Umfeld ist ein alter Weiler ( alles typische bretonische Steinhäuser), dafür liegt manchmal auch etwas Kuhmist vom Nachbarn auf der Straße. Der Garten und das Haus sind allerdings vollkommen von der Außenwelt abgeschottet, auch kleinere Kinder können sich ungefährdet frei draußen bewegen. Gut für alle Eltern! Im benachbarten Ploec-Sur-Li'e findet man alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Es liegen weitere schöne alte Städtchen im Umfeld (Quintin, Moncontour), die zu Ausflügen reizen. Die beeindruckenden Steilküsten (Erquy, Fr'ehel) sind in 30 min Autofahrt zu erreichen, die berühmte "Granit Rose" in 1h. Insgesamt ein gelungener und sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt!
