Located in Homewood and bordered by national forest, our home is just one block from the scenic Rubicon Trail. In winter, you're a quick drive from Homewood Mountain Resort, ideal for skiers and snowboarders. In summer, explore Meeks Bay Beach or paddleboard on Lake Tahoe. The area is peaceful and family-friendly, with easy access to local hikes and shoreline spots.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for this area. There is no public shuttle access, but the home provides 4 on-site parking spots. Please note street parking is not allowed. The nearby Rubicon Trail can be accessed by foot

Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

This house uses a standard Tahoe electric bear wire with simple instructions on exterior doors and windows. No pets or smoking.
