With five bedrooms—four spacious King suites and one Queen bedroom—everyone has a private, comfortable place to retreat. The master suite is a highlight, featuring a jetted Jacuzzi tub, steam shower, and private deck.
Upstairs, enjoy a loft-style game room with a tournament pool table, foosball, and lake views. A cozy sunroom with a futon provides the perfect nook for reading or simply gazing out at the water. - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced). We are very respectful of our neighbors. This home is your retreat for rest and relaxation
- No Smoking
- We may have landscapers, pest service and other property maintenance done. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves in gate to service as needed
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).

Our party of six adults and two kids had a phenomenal time at this family VRBO. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, high end appliances, drink fridge drawers and regular fridges, and four different ways to make coffee (including a Nespresso Vertuo and a Miele Espresso machine). The bedrooms are cozy and almost all have en suite bathrooms - an absolute luxury for a family getaway. We enjoyed the huge TV, the pool table, and the foosball table too. Note, it is a lived in cabin - there were some light fixtures that were broken and some tears in some of the chairs. Unfortunately the blinds in the downstairs bedroom were broken and permanently zip tied in the closed position so we were unable to wake up to the beautiful lake views. Also, the high chair was missing. Once you arrive, you have to communicate off app with a different person for questions or instructions. It is located in a super quiet neighborhood, great for walking, with a peek of the lake through cathedral windows.

Spacious with plenty of amenities. A wonderful feel to the place. Was excellent for our four adults and three kids. Convenient location a short drive away for numerous activities including hiking, skiing, rafting, biking, beach, and walking about the lakeside towns. Wish I had more time!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Lake Tahoe home! The house was very spacious, and every room was comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was huge and perfect for family meals, and the living room was equally impressive with plenty of space for everyone and a big TV to enjoy together. The internet worked perfectly throughout our stay, which was a big plus. My family and I truly enjoyed every moment here, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

For such an expensive property there was a lot wrong with the place. The dishwasher door didnt latch, many lights were missing or out. The listing claimed the main living space to be on ground level. It was two flighta of stairs and we had my mother in law who is disabled isisdisabmobilimpaired.
