Classic beachfront chalet with spectacular views of Jabaquara beach, featuring a unique style reminiscent of a classic wooden sailboat. The location is privileged, directly facing the sea on the beachfront avenue, with a market less than 50 meters away. Wonderful views of the beach and bay. Close to everything, with a lovely 1 km beach in front, considered a marine nursery. A beachside gym is just 50 meters away. The chalet is well-ventilated in the middle of a green oasis, as there are no neighbors on either side, only forest.
