Localização excelente, bem próximo ao centro histórico e restaurantes. Limpeza e manutenção impecáveis, tudo conforme proposto pelo proprietário.

O chalé é confortável, espaçoso e oferece privacidade. O anfitrião foi muito simpático e forneceu todas as orientações necessárias para o check-in e check-out, que ocorreram de forma simples e tranquila. Destaco especialmente o ar-condicionado e a geladeira, que são novos e funcionam perfeitamente, além da TV, maior do que eu esperava, bem posicionada em frente à cama e smart. O condomínio é silencioso e agradável, e a localização é ótima, próxima ao centro, sendo possível se deslocar a pé. Gostamos muito da estadia e recomendamos a todos no Booking.
Por estar localizado próximo à natureza, há presença de mosquitos, o que é algo esperado nesse tipo de ambiente. No entanto, o chalé possui telas nas janelas e o ar-condicionado também contribui para manter o ambiente mais confortável.

Well located, near everything
When I chose this house, several images were presented, and none showed a bathroom with curtains but blindex. After I confirmed, it seems that it placed me in the only house with curtains, which I never would have chosen.
The place is very dark, and the installations seem like a very poor place, with the kitchen and the bathroom kind of with some constructions to be done and with poor material.
I really didn't like it.
