Very poor accommodation

Well located, near everything

When I chose this house, several images were presented, and none showed a bathroom with curtains but blindex. After I confirmed, it seems that it placed me in the only house with curtains, which I never would have chosen. The place is very dark, and the installations seem like a very poor place, with the kitchen and the bathroom kind of with some constructions to be done and with poor material. I really didn't like it.

Very clean, nice property, king size bed in the attic (plus an additional bed on ground floor), kitchenette, WC+shower, close to the center of Paraty (400m by crossing the bridge). The appartment is part of a condominium called Residencial Três Marias

Inflexible owner, totally refused to cancel for free our booking. Hence we stayed there finally... So be aware that the property does not cancel for free! The communication with the owner was a disaster. There was NO INFORMATION regarding how to get the key. Luckily we were with a brazilian friend with us who was able to speak to the owner who explained how to oen the key locker box (NO ENGLISH AT ALL!!!!). The address given is completely misleading. You have to look for Residencial Três Marias and there is the appartment.

Apartamento espaçoso, bem cuidado, com uma cozinha equipada, exterior amplo e relaxante. Num condomínio seguro, calmo, com estacionamento fácil e perto do centro histórico de Paraty e da praia de Pontal. Everaldo é um excelente anfitrião.

A estadia foi tranquila, agradável e prazerosa.

Primeiramente a recepção do anfitrião, Everaldo. Super educado, atencioso e solícito. Deu boas dicas de restaurante e passeios. Depois foi a tranquilidade do local, excelente! E a proximidade de tudo, principalmente do centro histórico.

Está acomodação, assim como tantas outras, poderiam investir na questão da separação do lixo para reciclagem, mas isto não interferiu na estadia nem no passeio.

O chalé bem bonito, a cama maravilhosa, ar condicionado, tudo bem agradável, o anfitrião super atencioso, a localização bem boa também, limpo e organizado.

O banheiro não é bom, não tem box, tem uma cortina de plástico, não tem lugares para colocar toalhas de banho, nem de rosto, papel higiênico também não tem como colocar, pisos e paredes ruins, precisa investir nisso, mas o proprietário explicou que já está nos planos para reforma.

Eu e minha família adoramos a estadia.

A experiência que eu e minha família tivemos foi excelente. O chalé que ficamos é espaçoso, confortável e muito aconchegante. Tinha tudo o que necessitamos, incluindo a cozinha. Os colchões são muito confortáveis e as roupas de cama muito limpas e de boa qualidade. Ponto alto também para a localização que é muito próxima do Centro Histórico e da praia do Pontal. O condomínio é super silencioso. Parecia que estávamos na área rural. O anfitrião Everaldo foi muito atencioso e prestativo. Passou as dicas de visitação e dos pontos turísticos (localização, acessos, etc.), o que facilitou em muito a nossa estadia em Paraty. Voltaremos outras vezes, com certeza!

Excelente opção em Paraty

A configuração da casa é muito boa para uma família ou um grupo de amigos. Tem até área de churrasqueira com sacada para área externa. Televisão bacana para configurar seu próprio canal de streaming. Casa bem arejada para um local no nível do mar. Condomínio tranquilo e com ótimo acesso, tanto para quem chega da estrada, como quem vai a pé para o centro histórico. Considerando que é ruim de estacionar na cidade, a condição do Três Marias é ótimo porque vc pode chegar, estacionar dentro do condomínio e não precisa mais do carro. Vai fazer os passeios de barco para as praias ou de jeep pelas cachoeiras e outros pontos turísticos além do centro histórico.

La casa era muy grande y bonita, y tenía dos estancias. La atención ha sido muy muy buena, se ha preocupado desde el primer momento de si estábamos bien. He destacar su amabilidad porque realmente ha sido genial.

Había dos camas una sin sábanas y otra con las sábanas usadas. También he decir que se lo dijimos al dueño y nos la cambió al día siguiente porue estaba fuera y no pudo abres, de 3 días que estuvimos 2 con sábanas usadas.

Uma delícia de chalé. Excelente localização! É silencioso e muito perto do Centro histórico. Também tem farmácia, mercadinho e restaurantes com ótimo custo benefício próximo ao local. O anfitrião é extremamente atencioso e nos auxiliou com tudo que precisávamos. Cama king super confortável e todos espaços muito limpos. Pretendemos voltar em outro momento. Recomendo muito!

Hermosa estadía en Residencia Tres Marías

Nos gustó la belleza del lugar, amplio, cómodo, decorado con muy buen gusto y la sensación de estar en una auténtica casa paratiana. Tiene un balcón hermoso con lindas vistas para desayunar, cama cómoda y camarote de dos plazas. Hermosos muebles de madera noble en todo el espacio. Sin duda volveremos siempre que podamos.

Que estadia incrível! Começando pelo chalé: incrivelmente limpo, espaçoso, camas muito confortáveis, silencioso, cozinha com tudo o que é necessário e funcionando perfeitamente. Fomos muito bem recebidas e ainda recebemos dicas excelentes de passeios, praias lindas para conhecer, etc., sempre com muita simpatia. Caminhando um quarteirão e meio já chegamos no Centro Histórico. Pertissimo! Fizemos passeios todas as noites lá sem precisar pegar carro. Uma delícia! Também muito pertinho do cais de onde saem os principais passeios para conhecer as ilhas lindas da região. Fomos com nossa cachorra que amou o lugar. Levamos ela na praia com o cuidado de não deixa- lá solta e cuidar para a preservação e limpeza dos espaços. Não tivemos nenhum problema ou queixa de pessoas se incomodando com a presença dela. Resumindo, foi tudo incrível!
