Good relation of location and price.

Very good location and a easy way of communication with the Owner. Flexibility of check-in and check-out. Property looks like exactly as the photos.

During my stay, it was happening a renovation (reform) in the house just in front of us, and was not possible to keep it clean. The fat box (from kitchen) or the septic tank was full or clogged, overflowed in the garage area.

Super expérience

L’hôte était très accueillante, toujours à notre disposition et très réactive la communication était facile. Le logement était parfait, très propre et bien équipé. Idéalement situé, juste à côté de la plage mais aussi proche de Parati, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !
