Terrible host

Irrelevant would not book again

House was fine. Host was terrible, didn't supply the access details despite being asked all day. No answer when trying to check in then lock box was broken after finally providing access. No apology, booking was cancelled while host wasnt answering then demanded new payment putting me out of pocket while waiting for a refund.

A hairdryer would be useful, but not essential. The owner offered to lend us one.

Excelente casa, limpa e silenciosa, há 15min do centro de Paraty

Casa excelente, espaçosa, iluminada, limpa e bem localizada. O atendimento foi excelente: um fusível dos chuveiros queimou e rapidamente foi trocado. A comunicação sempre foi rápida e atenciosa. Pretendo voltar no ano que vem.

Gostei de tudo, mas ter mais uma cópia das chaves seria um benefício, pois como a casa é grande, é normal que o grupo seja também maior e precise entrar e sair em horários variados.
