A anfitriã é muito simpática e agradável, sempre me respondia com prontidão, localização é próxima ao centro histórico e de fácil acesso aos lugares e a acomodação estava limpa, gostei da estadia.
O ralo da pia do banheiro quando aberto fica com um cheiro levemente desagradável, eu precisei manter fechado. O local durante o dia tem um pouco de barulho pois fica em frente a uma quadra de esportes, mas não foi um problema pois não fiquei em casa por muito tempo.
