O acolhimento do Alfredo, pessoa extremamente gentil, educada, a recepção da Liliane, chegou bem rápido na casa e nos apresentou tudo. A casa é perfeita, num pequeno condomínio fechado, silencioso, bem cuidado, com excelentes instalações, muito funcional, com 3 banheiros, um pequeno quintal privativo e fechado nos fundos, não conseguimos colocar o carro dentro do condomínio porque trocaram o portão e o Anfitrião não recebeu o controle ainda. Mas a rua é muito tranquila e segura, não tivemos problema e não tenho absolutamente nada á reclamar, voltaria amanhã se pudesse!

Gostamos de tudo! Casa fantástica, muito aconchegante , super indico, os anfitriões muito simpáticos , local super agradável, sossegado, veículo fica em frente a casa, porém sem perigo algum , local com câmeras e vizinhança tranquila. Já quero retornar.

The apartment has a lovely layout and plenty of potential to be a great place to stay.
The caretaker was very approachable and kind, always ready to help within the limits set by the owner.
The location and overall charm of the apartment made it feel welcoming despite some issues.
The kitchenware (pots, pans, fridge) had some stubborn, well-aged stains that resisted cleaning, giving a “vintage” feel that wasn’t quite what we expected.
The carpets and bedding were quite dusty, which unfortunately triggered allergies for our family right away.
No towels or hand soap were provided, as the owner considers these personal hygiene items guests should bring themselves — a surprise for us traveling all the way from Hong Kong with two children.
The beds weren’t made on arrival and came with just a comforter, which was also a bit dusty.
Drawers and cupboards were filled with the owner’s personal belongings, limiting our ability to unpack fully.
Showers only provided lukewarm water, which was okay but not very refreshing.
Some requests couldn’t be accommodated due to the owner, despite the caretaker’s willingness to help.
