Overall, the apartment has great bones and charm but could benefit from a bit more attention to cleanliness and guest es

The apartment has a lovely layout and plenty of potential to be a great place to stay. The caretaker was very approachable and kind, always ready to help within the limits set by the owner. The location and overall charm of the apartment made it feel welcoming despite some issues.

The kitchenware (pots, pans, fridge) had some stubborn, well-aged stains that resisted cleaning, giving a “vintage” feel that wasn’t quite what we expected. The carpets and bedding were quite dusty, which unfortunately triggered allergies for our family right away. No towels or hand soap were provided, as the owner considers these personal hygiene items guests should bring themselves — a surprise for us traveling all the way from Hong Kong with two children. The beds weren’t made on arrival and came with just a comforter, which was also a bit dusty. Drawers and cupboards were filled with the owner’s personal belongings, limiting our ability to unpack fully. Showers only provided lukewarm water, which was okay but not very refreshing. Some requests couldn’t be accommodated due to the owner, despite the caretaker’s willingness to help.

Muito limpo, adoramos a localização e ar condicionado na casa toda que ajuda muito no calor, casa bem equipada e ainda ganhamos um mimo de caixinha de chocolate, ótimo custo benefício.

Ficamos pouco tempo e nos atendeu em tudo que precisávamos então não tenho resalvas a fazer.

Chegamos na acomodação as 15:00,não havia ninguém pra nós receber Ficamos ate 16:00 por fim nos informaram que não tinha como ficar na acomodação e me passaram um valor pra ir em outra Mesmo assim estávamos organizo pra ficar em uma casa

Muito linda

O sobrado é muito bonito e bem distribuído, a internet funciona bem, tem lugar para home office, os quartos são confortáveis e bem limpos. Existe bastante lençóis, toalhas e cobertores. Como são 2 banheiros e 1 lavabo, foi muito confortável. São 3 TVs, 1 na sala e as outras, nos quartos. O Centro Histórico é próximo e existe muitas farmácias, supermercados, restaurantes, padarias e posto de combustível ao redor. No quintal é possível fazer churrasco. O ar-condicionado funciona bem.

A escada interna possui degraus de diferente tamanhos e exige muita atenção. Existem muitos pernilongos e as portas e janelas precisam ficar fechadas.

Limpeza incrível,sala espaçosa, cozinha com tudo que precisamos, quartos confortáveis, roupa de cama limpa e cheirosa.Os dois quartos sendo suite faz toda a diferença.Recepcao maravilhosa da Liliane , super atenciosa. Amei a caixa de bombons como cortesia! Localização funcional, dava para ir caminhando para o centro histórico, uns 10 minutos e muito próximo do centro comercial, também dava para ir andando; mercado, posto de gasolina, farmácia tudo próximo. Amei a nossa hospedagem, foi incrível.

A casa é ótima, tem uma ótima localização, muito linda, organizada e tudo limpinho. Os quartos tem cama pra bastante gente. Cada quarto tem banheiro. Tem um lavabo na sala também. O que mais me decepcionou é que o ar condicionado de um dos quartos era muito fraco e o outro não estava funcionando e esse foi um ponto muito negativo, pois esse era um dos requisitos ao alugar uma acomodação. Mandei mensagem para a anfitriã informando sobre o ar condicionado e simplesmente se fez de desentendida e não resolveu nada.

Gostamos da localização, td muito perto, a casa muito confortável e limpa, tem tds os utensílios necessários para uma estadia. Fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Lilane com um mimo delicioso (chocolates). Amamos o carinho e disposição para qualquer dúvida , muito solicita .
