Luxury fazenda

It's one of the most beautiful vintage buildings I've been to in Brasil, wood and stone, a spectacular place with a swimming pool, super chill and quiet. The staff is superb. Location is perfect too. Just a minute from the beach, enough to be close to and far enough from the noise. A walk from the center. Parking in and outside. I loved the place and the stay. I will return every time I'm in Paraty

The AC in my room was old and therefore very noisy. You need earplugs to sleep. The room is screaming for a new AC I'm afraid, but that is an easy fix. The bed or beds need mosquito nets badly, I mean it. I'm surprised there was none.

Ein sehr sauberes und sehr gepflegtes Haus mit vielen schönen Pflanzen und einer Atmosphäre passend zum kleinen Strandort.

Es gab zu unserer Zeit leider viele Moskitos aber das ist nicht die Schuld des Gastgebers, dieser hatte nämlich alles parat was man braucht um sich optimal vor ihnen zu schützen.

Localização da pousada muito boa, quarto com espaco bom, com banheiro e arcondicinado. Limpeza, troca de roupa de cama e toalhas perfeitos. Precisa melhorar um pouco a internet e ter mais canais de tv, mas isso não tira o brilho da pousada. Praia do Jabaquara é tranquila, perfeita para familias com criancas e é perto do centro histórico, fácil de ir a pé ou de carro.

Casa Linda! Ótima Piscina com bastante area verde.

A casa é linda! Tem cozinha compartilhada para as refeições, a área da piscina é ótima! Próximo da praia de Jabaquara, do centro é uns 15 minutos andando. O Júnior é um ótimo anfitrião, sempre muito disposto e solícito.

O vaso sanitário estava entupido, mas não prejudicou a estadia. Não tem muito opção de restaurantes, tem um mercadinho bem pertinho, mas tudo muito caro, sugiro ir até o centro para realizar as refeições e para ir no supermercado do Carlão, onde tem mais variedades e preços mais acessíveis.

Um final de semana tranquilo

Limpeza e atendimento excepcionais, muito atencioso conosco, ambiente familiar, bem cuidado e bonito em estilo praiano. Gostei da atenção aos detalhes como papel higiênico extra no quarto, frigobar ja estava ligado e com copos, havia uma raquete e um frasco que veneno spray, pq na região é comum pernilongos.

Apenas que no primeiro dia, tomamos banho frio mas no dia seguinte eu falei com o responsável e o segundo dia pudemos desfrutar do chuveiro quente, ducha muito boa.
