I would stay here again.

There was a gate at the entrance so it felt more secure. Also a front office where there was always a person to help with anything. There is parking for a car but it is tight. The location is perfect. You can walk to the center where all the shops and restaurants are and you can walk to all of the beaches. The breakfast was good. Fruit, bread, cheese, meat, pastries, coffee, and juice was sitting out. You could order eggs to be made on the spot. They have filtered water or you can buy water and other drinks. The shower had hot water. The pool was clean.

Gorgeous property and perfect location!

Perfect location and beautiful property with gorgeous pool and facilities. So close to the historic centre and beaches we did everything by foot. The staff were so helpful Marina and Talita helped us so much with everything we needed. We loved spending time in the pool cooling down in the evenings it was idyllic!

They never clean my room and bath as I requested 3 times which I even told the two front desk guys it was a dead cock roach in room under bed who just said ok no one ever came to clean and remove it plus needs door mobs and up date on furniture and windows and pool had dead mosquitoes and bugs and leaves floating in it ever day they never clean pool as well

Tudo a dois passos de distância

O café da manhã oferecia variedades de pães, bolos, frutas e sucos. A Localização é excelente, a uma pequena distância caminhável do Centro histórico, do Forte e da praia do Pontal. A equipe da pousada é muito prestativa.

O chuveiro poderia ser melhor, a água não tem muita pressão. Acredito que seja um problema geral de Paraty, pois em outras acomodações que já fiquei o problema se apresentava da mesma forma.

Cherchez ailleurs.Pour avoir vérifié, il y a de bien meilleurs Pousada à des prix similaires. Le personnel froid et distant.Le petit déjeuner ordinaire. Il y a eu une panne d’électricité pour quasiment 3 jours.Ils n’en sont pas responsables mais ils ont très mal gérer. Nous avons dû insister pour avoir des chandelles ou lampes pour nous éclairer la nuit. Les quartiers autour étaient alimentés.Nous aurions aimé être relocalisés mais pas possible Ces désagréments ont teintés notre vacance à Paraty négativement

Très bon emplacement avec personnel très agréable.

Nous avions pris une chambre avec un bain à bulle. Les jets du bain ne fonctionnaient pas bien. Faible pression, donc c’était plus un bain chaud qu’un jacuzzi.

A localização é excelente, perto do centro histórico. O atendimento excelente do Fabrício. Nos deu várias dicas boas e sempre pronto a nos auxiliar.

Limpeza do quarto e café da manhã repetitivo. Não limparam o quarto nenhum dia. Só trocavam as toalhas e recolhiam o lixo do banheiro. Os chinelos ficavam com poeira presa. O café da manhã poderia ser diversificado. Ficamos 5 dias e praticamente tinham as mesmas coisas, inclusive todos os dias as mesmas frutas, mamão e melão.

Pousada idéale pour un séjour balnéaire, à proximité à pied de la plage et de la vieille ville.

Le petit déjeuner frais est fabuleux, renouvelé chaque matin. La piscine est agréable et les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel est adorable, que ce soit les personnes à la réception pour leurs précieux conseils mais également les personnes qui préparent le succulent petit déjeuner et s'occupe de la propreté.

L'isolation phonique des chambres n'est pas optimale. Ainsi, le bruit provenant de la cour (espace piscine) est dérangeant, surtout en pleine nuit.

Ubicación al centro histórico

Hotel situado a escasos 5 minutos del casco historico en línea recta.Realmente es una posada,pequeña y familiar.Con muchas cosas que mejorar que comentaré en el siguiente apartado. Nosotros nos alojamos en la planta baja,donde está la piscina. La habitación contaba con cama matrimonial grande y una hamaca colgada de un lado a otro.No había armario,solo había una mesa larga. El baño era bastante pequeño. En cuanto al desayuno,era pequeño pero estaba rico.Destaco el servicio del personal,muy atentos y majos. Tiene servicio recepción durante el día,de noche no están pero tienen un vigilante.

La habitación,era la número 7,supuestamente una suite deluxe.Nada mas entrar en la habitación tienes justo en la puerta una hamaca colgando.La cama,con una sabana fina y una manta pequeña,que teniendo en cuenta que en esta temporada de noche se pone frio,haría falta más ropa de cama. La habitación tenia un olor peculiar y no de buena limpieza,que se podia ver bien en sus cortinas y suelos.Es más,su suelo resbalaba bastante de la humedad que había. Como dije anteriormenre haría falta un armario para poder colocar mejor tus cosas,no había ni sillas para apoyar nada. El baño muy pequeño,tenia una ventana en la parte de arriba que no se cerraba ni podia acceder a ella para cerrar tampoco.Su ducha no salia el agua con fuerza y templada,tirando a veces a frio. En el wc esta prohibido tirar papel.Además había dentro del baño muchos mosquitos(los tipicos de alcantarilla). Los enchufes a veces no tiraba bien porque tenian baja potencia y te cargaba el movil muy lento. La piscina,solo daba algo el sol por la mañana,habia mucha sombra además.El agua de la piscina podían limpiarlo todos los días para llevar un buen saneamiento. En definitiva,hotel funcional para ir a dormir e ir conocer paraty a un paso,si buscas algo más que eso,este hotel no es el que buscas .

Localização e café da manhã, sempre havia variedade de alimentos diferenciados. Funcionários atenciosos.

Quando chegamos o quarto estava fechado e abafado com bastante umidade. No primeiro dia haviam formigas no quarto. As toalhas e roupas de cama estavam sujas e bastante gastas, mesmo com a troca de toalhas a qualidade continuava a mesma. As toalhas de praia possuem custo adicional de aluguel que não foi informado na retirada.
