Lovely well equipped chalet in a quiet neighborhood

Property is quiet and beautiful with nice gardens and patio. The kitchen was very well equipped. Dining room and living room were comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Deck was nice to sit on.

Do ar condicionado, da boa localização próxima ao centro da cidade que é muito bom; as roupas de cama são limpas e cheirosas; a TV é grande e smart, Rem uma mesa boa na copa com 04 cadeiras, um varal pra estender as toalhas

O acesso ao banheiro é passando pelo quarto, isso dificulta pra quem dorme no sofá-cama da sala; as praias próximas não são próprias pra banho... então pra acesso às praias tem que sair de carro. A acomodação não dispõe de garagem ou estacionamento interno.

Excelente localização.

No portão de acesso de pedestre, é preciso ter cuidado para não tropeçar. Seria legal que oferecessem um local seguro para guardar as malas em caso de late check-out. Isso fez muita falta. E houve demora na resposta a uma consulta sobre late check-out. A cama é pequena para pessoas com mais de 1,80m.

Paraty lugar Maravilhoso...

Já na chegada fomos recebidos pela Izabel e seu marido que nos deu um apoio no transfer da Rodoviária ate´o Residencial e entrega das chaves. Fomos bem atendidos pelos os mesmos ,bem educados e solícitos Adoramos tudo, lugar bem limpo , localização ótima perto de mercado e da praia. Também o Henrique deve ser o dono bem atencioso...

Ótima localização com fácil acesso à praia do Jabaquara.

Faltaram alguns utensílios como pa de lixo, balde e um rodo. Como a estadia dizia oferecer toalhas, não levei extra e acabamos usando as mesmas os 5 dias.

Gostei de tudo ! Não e reclamação e sim uma dica para quem for reserva . Que assim como eu não tem carro . A hospedagem fica a uns 15 a 30 minutos do centro andando ,mas caso decida ficar na hospedagem ,próximo tem quiosques ,mercado ,e uns restaurantes que facilitam nossa vida . De resto gostamos de tudo . Fomos em 5 pessoas . A hospedagem supriu todas as nossas necessidades.
