A acomodação cumpre tudo ao que se propõe. Espaçosa, limpa, cozinha completa e bastante conforto (inclusive térmico). A localização é muito boa para quem gosta de caminhadas e esportes aquáticos como canoagem, caiaque, stand-up etc. Camareira muito simpática. Comunicação com o anfitrião rápida e eficaz para solução de quaisquer eventualidades. A família adorou. Voltaremos certamente, pois a experiência foi excelente.
O único ponto a melhorar seria na área externa do condomínio: troca ou instalação de um piso antiderrapante definitivo por toda a área externa.

The proximity to the beach is nice ~ it’s about a 20 minute walk into paraty town and due to a lot of rain many roads were closed which made getting Ubers or taxis difficult. But it’s a nice location. The property feels safe and secure and there are a lot of good bars and restaurants near by. It’s a good place to sleep if you’re able to be out all day. Has aircon both in the loft and bed room when working properly and a large floor fan.
Due to the rain we were inside a lot more than we’d had hopped which makes for some of the cons to be a bit more prevelant.
The aircon was dripping really bad, possibly because of the extreme rain? The fridge was also not running cold. I notified management and hopefully they have resolved it. The space was not quite as polished as it appeared in pictures and the shower never got hot, only luke warm. The mosquitos were also quite bad again possibly worse than usual due to the rain. The kitchen did not have any bowls or chopping board. It’s fine but was a let down compared to the pictures. Management are kind and responsive though.
