I had a great stay and it's a fantastic location. The staff are absolutely great as the room did not have a microwave but on request they gave me one.

I was a little worried when booking this place as it was much cheaper then everywhere else but was pleasantly surprised. Room is simple but clean and comfortable. Motel was very quiet at night. Good location only a couple minutes drive to the shops and walking distance to lala falls. Thanks for a great stay!

Where to start? When you pay to stay somewhere, you want a comfortable bed without bedbugs throughout the sheets. Unfortunately we got plenty of bugs that we had to try to get rid of before thinking about sleep. We didn't notice these until later in the night. Probably the most unpleasant stay I've ever had and I've even been camping! We were told we would get a refund but have not heard back.

Visited Warburton for a weekend and booked into this alleged "boutique" accommodation!
It is very run down and not super clean. We found a half eaten packet of chips in the drawer and half drunk glass of water on the bedside table! The heater was very old and loud.
Such a shame as it is a lovely treed property not too far from the township and close to Lala Falls.
The large common area has a great old open fire but the room itself is in desperate need of a renovation.
We met some other people staying who said it reminded them of Bates Hotel from a very old movie, look it up!
