The staff were absolutely amazing in helping us short notice as we were travelling to visit a sick family member. So helpful and understanding. The facilities were very clean and comfortable.
Shared bathrooms, but this is stated in the listing so wasn’t a shock.

The room was small but comfortable & consistent with info provided
The hand basin was blocked so couldn’t use for a shave
In the bistro the entree & main course was served at same time which was frustrating
But the food was excellent quality
To be honest laughed about the problems & it was fine
When I booked it was the only room available in Warragul due to farm week
Thought the numerous staff members I met were excellent
$$$$
