宇都宮の市街地にあり、ロケーションの割に値段が安く6人が宿泊出来たので、大変助かりました。外食するにも便利でした。 駐車場は併設されていませんが、すぐ近く（徒歩1分）に安い（600円/1日）コインパーキングがある為、不便さは感じませんでした。
〜1. 6人で宿泊したのですが、荷物の収納がもう少し欲しかったです。 〜2.出来ればスリッパが欲しかったです。
