広い。価格がリーズナブル。
鍵の暗証番号をもう少し早めに教えていただけるとスムーズに入ることができました。 （朝10時から入って良いとの事前連絡をいただきましたが、10時の時点で暗証番号の連絡はありませんでした。） フロの栓が劣化しており、徐々にお湯が抜けていました。水がもったいないので修理をお勧めいたします。

広く騒音も気にせず過ごせる空間でした
居間、和室の電灯の接触が非常に悪く、調整を繰り返さないと電気がつかなかったこと。また、玄関の表札に施設名称がなく、少し戸惑ったこと。
