The food was great and the lake view from our room was really breathtaking. Also the onsen was pretty nice. Especially liked the lounge they had with jazz records! Definitely will come back.

Great value and lovely location 800m from town. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The included breakfast and dinner great value.
Some facilities slightly tired, but not a big issues.

Reading all the negative reviews, I only booked Yurotelo because I had no other choice. I was pleasantly surprised. The dorm was clean (though huge and people noisy in the morning), the bathrooms new, the onsen very nice.
I really wish there was a female-only dorm! It is huge and males snore!!! Carpet needs replacement!
