The location was very good. I also had some special requests about our room, and they kindly accommodated them for us.

However, the breakfast was good, but something sweet was missed for having with coffee. Moreover, it would be great if the onsen could be used privately by each room at scheduled hours.

Budget friendly yet with Onsen and great facilities.

Liked their natural onsen (outdoor bath was cozy), the rooms are spacey and clean, bath is big.

The hotel itself was pleasing, we especially enjoyed afternoon snacks and drinks in the welcome lounge as well as the onsen and the lounge on the 3rd floor for a relaxed evening.

We stayed in the dormitory, as the private rooms were fully booked. While the cabins were spacious and comfortable for a dormitory, we could not relax or sleep properly for two nights in a row. While several people stayed up very late and turned the light on repeatedly in the room, others woke up as early as 4:30 am and made sure everybody else was awake as well (using the hairdryer, leaving the door open while chatting loudly). There were no signs informing people of quiet times and no staff was to be seen anywhere. While the lounges and the onsen were nice and clean, the dormitories and accompanying facilities felt neglected. The bathrooms were very dirty for days in a row and the tables in the dining area were sticky and dusty.
