Clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay. Great location, and would stay here again if visiting Edinburgh.
We asked if we could check in 1 hour early (14:00) as we had to get ready for an event and was told this was not possible as the cleaners might not be finished yet, which was absolutely fair enough. We went and made ourselves busy for a while but when we came back at 15:45 the cleaners were still not finished even though our check in time should have been 15:00. We then had to wait another 10 mins for the cleaners to finish and when we entered the apartment the floor was soaking wet due to not having time to dry after being cleaned.

The apartment matches the pictures and description. It is newly renovated, with a new kitchen, bathroom, and modern appliances. The sofa bed is comfortable for one person.
A few things could be improved: there was no table for meals, limited kitchen utensils, and the bathroom could use more hooks and a larger mirror. Internet is also a must have nowadays.

Close to the airport. Bedroom bed was comfy I’m told. Quiet location and a low price for Edinburgh City.
All street parking is permits only. When we phone Ian he told us there was parking at the back. No hot water. Sofa bed was not made up, although I had told Ian we would be using it. It was horrendously uncomfortable. At 3am I made up the other sofa bed. Not much better, very bad night. Sorry, Ian, but this is not good enough. When I told him about the hot water he said someone else had turned it off. Why was it not checked? And to make up your own bed isn’t really acceptable.
