Modern 8-Room Ensuite House with Shared Lounge and Kitchen

The property was local to all the areas I am use to, its really modern and well maintained. The other customers were quiet and not a problem. Street parking was available.

I was hoping to have some cooking pots to do healthy meal prep but its not a deal breaker

Self check in was easy. My room was bigger than expected with a comfy bed and I liked the general house decor. The kitchen had loads of room to cook and store food. The shower was brilliant! Plus, despite it being an eight bedroom house it was fairly peaceful. It was easy to park on a street nearby. It was reasonably priced for a weekend stay and great access to the airport.

More utensils, crockery such as mugs and cooking aids like baking trays in the kitchen would be great. Plus a table and chairs to sit and eat at.

Very well facilitated, communal living room/kitchen with wide garden. Fan of the bathrooms which were excellently clean and well performing shower. Access to front door camera was also nifty. Excellent price for simple stays.

Few loud noises from maintenance, a notice would've been nice, but this was around 10am so not in the evening. Concern over security as no key box. Room was a bit empty but had necessities.

Comunicazione con host efficace, mi ha fornito la psw per entrare anche se facevo check in tardi. Struttura appena ristrutturata all’interno con gusto. Nonostante la moquette, il livello di pulizia sembrava buono.

Sulla carta la struttura ha tutto quello che necessiti, peccato che: - il wifi c’era ma non c’era nessuna indicazione sulla psw e, senza internet, diventa complicato contattare l’host. - la cucina è enorme ma sguarnita. Pochissime pentole / piatti. Nessuno strofinaccio o sapone per lavare. Inoltre non c’è nessun tavolo per mangiare?!? - in bagno non era presente il sapone di cortesia ed è stato fornito un solo asciugamano per 2 persone. - nella nostra stanza non c’erano le coperte, le abbiamo dovute prendere dalla stanza accanto. Mancava un lumetto e se per questo anche un comodino…forse da togliere l’inutile lavabo aggiuntivo (ce n’è già uno in bagno) e mettere un tavolo o quel che manca per completare la camera. -il fuori è ancora in via di sistemazione ma, nonostante questo, ritengo non sia necessario buttare a terra pattume che si vede dalla camera “con vista” In conclusione la struttura è bella ma non completata e ha bisogno di un po’ più di gestione: almeno una volta ogni 2 giorni qualcuno dovrebbe passare a dare almeno una rassettata in cucina.
