Good value for money; modern; transport links to city centre close by;
Attention to detail. Our booking was for 4 people and on arrival there was a hand towel in one bathroom and nothing in the other, and only 2 bath towels. (We did get 2 more bath towels late on our first day, and the hand towel arrived on the second day). Poor/slow responses on the messaging service

The apartment was spacious, clean, warm (bedrooms and living areas), comfortable and well equipped. The beds were very comfy. It was handy to have a well stocked Nisa and plenty choice of restaurants/takeaways in walking distance. Great to have a dedicated parking space. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.
Only a couple of very minor niggles - the heaters in the bathrooms didn't seem to work and the WiFi was very slow - lots of buffering when trying to watch something. As we only stayed for a couple of days we didn't contact the host about this as didn't seem worth the trouble - but I'm sure the host would have responded if we had as they seem very helpful.

I liked the location and the bathrooms
1. Too noisy, bed uncomfortable, bedsheets were not comforting. No utensils such as forks and spoons. The WiFi in the bedroom were not working.
