Igényes szép volt a szállás.

Az ágynemüt ki kellett cseréltetnünk érkezéskor, készségesen kicserélték. A leírásban szerepel a kamera, ami a közös konyhában és az előszobában van elhelyezve. Ezek zavaróak nyomasztóak voltak a számunkra (3 kamera figyel folyamatosan a konyhában). A szállásadó korábbi kellemetlenségekre hivatkozott, mikor megkérdeztük az okáról. A szállás szép, de ezt be kell kalkulálni, akit ezt a szállást választja. A foglaláskor nekünk ez nem jött át így.

The location was convenient — just a 5-minute walk from the train station, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was in good condition and quite clean. Communication with the hosts was pleasant; they were very polite and responsive. Check-in was also easy and hassle-free.

The location itself is convenient, but walking to the center in the evening didn’t feel very safe or pleasant along this street — this might be more about the area in general rather than the street itself, we’re not entirely sure. As it turned out, the apartment has a shared kitchen, which came as a surprise since this wasn’t clearly stated in the listing description. The breakfast offered was quite poor — croissants (more like plain buns), jam in a shared jar (we weren’t comfortable with this, as we couldn’t be sure other guests used clean spoons), yogurts, coffee, tea, and cereals. We don’t really consider this a proper breakfast, as it’s all food that could be bought at a store for a few euros, so it didn’t feel worth paying extra for this “feature.” Additionally, since the kitchen is shared, it was unpleasant to see a dirty sink with leftover food and similar issues. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell in the shared kitchen. On top of that, there were cameras everywhere in the shared kitchen, and it wasn’t clear why — it felt quite uncomfortable. The terrace was clean but not cozy at all — bedding was hung there to dry, and there were trash bins. We never saw the jacuzzi in working condition. We were also given only 1 roll of toilet paper, which honestly seemed odd given the number of guests and nights we stayed. We also lacked towels — usually places like this provide at least two towels per person (a large one and a small one), but that wasn’t the case here. The bedding seemed clean but had a yellowish tint, which made it unpleasant to sleep on. There’s also a balcony listed on Booking, but there’s no real point going out there, as it just leads to a very small and quite dirty courtyard.

poloha - veľmi blízko stanice, asi 2 min pešo, a 10 min do centra. Komunikácia s majiteľom - aj keď sme majiteľa nikdy osobne nestretli, na akékoľvek otázky a problémy reagoval promptne. klimatizácia na izbe - v lete je to v Palerme veľmi potrebné

raňajky - iba jogurt, malé balené kroasanty a sušienky, obslúžiť sa musíte sami, inak nič. povlečenie na postely - mali sme problém, ktorý bol však promptne vyriešený. uteráky - mali škvrny, aj po výmene - odporúčam používať iný prací prostriedok alebo profesionálne práčovne a neprať na byte, kde ubytujem hostí.
