Purtroppo i rumori, causati dalle auto anche se è un 4 piano, le finestre vecchie non accudiscono i rumori delle auto, Qualche problema con l'acqua calda la sera tardi

Lokalizacja, obiekt położony w sąsiedztwie dworca kolejowego i przystanków autobusowych, bardzo łatwy dojazd na lotnisko i w inne części wyspy.
Hałas. Okien praktycznie nie da się zamknąć przez co hałas uliczny bardzo przeszkadza. Właściciel zostawia zatyczki do uszu ale lepiej zaopatrzcie się w jakieś mocniejsze, może woskowe. Na jedną noc ok ale dłuższy pobyt męczy. Nie ma tu kuchni, jest tylko zestaw do kawy i czajnik. Podłoga prysznica jest wyżej niż poziom w reszcie łazienki, trzeba uważać przy kąpieli żeby nie zalać łazienki.
