De faciliteiten en ligging
Slechte communicatie over inchecken er stond op de sleutel bijv 434 maar geen huisnr van het appartement . het pand van nestor&jeeves was al gesloten en telefonisch onbereikbaar in de avond. Niemand kon ons helpen. Er was daardoor veel miscommunicatie. We stonden in de avond met heel veel onduidelijkheid. Daarnaast hadden er veel last van de sigarettenrook van de buren
