ROMANTIC BEACH is a nice one bedroom apartment. It is located in the city center, 4 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches.
The decoration is modern. The brightness is omnipresent in the apartment due to its location in high floor.
The mahogany parquet floor, the cotton elements and the decorative objects bring a cozy atmosphere and softness.
You will appreciate the balcony on the bedroom side where you can have a glass of rosé while enjoying the open view.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

So convenient to transportation, shops including groceries, wine, Boulangerie, Mediterranean swimming. Although on a multi bus route we were high off the street. Across from a relaxing park.
There was a nice little balcony to enjoy fresh air and dine.
The refrigerator & freezer were surprisingly large; not evident from the photos.
The sleeping area had a sliding wall to close off the living room, not a door. More like what we call a L-shaped studio in NYC.

The hosting staff reacted quickly to our electrical problem.

We stayed for 4 weeks. We were not given a blanket, only a light weight throw that didn’t even cover the bed. We had to go out and purchase a blanket the next day. We told them about it but still no blanket. If you want clean sheets or more than 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel you have to pay. There are no towel racks in the bathroom. Better for short stays. My friend who lives in Nice told us she often sees people standing in front of the office at lunch time waiting for the office staff. Better to have them arrange transfers. Probably cost more but they take you to pick up the keys and drop them off.
