Peaceful parkland with alpacas in the field. There was plenty of space for 2 with sitting room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The shower is in the bath. Kitchen well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and separate freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. No dish washer.

The oven needed cleaning and the tin of cleaner provided wasn't spraying. The fridge needed cleaning. Having to park the car in the main car park would have been annoying if it had been raining. The front door requires patience and practice to lock as the bottom door must be locked first then the top door.

It was a home away from home- and the grounds are just fabulous! I will be returning back if you’ll have me! So peaceful.

Me and the WiFi had words. The door was also not my friend.

Great spot, lovely setting, peaceful and well-positioned for the beach, countryside and activities. The kitchen was a good size and was well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils and having a separate fridge and freezer was great, as most places just have an ice box. Having outside space, with seating, a communal pool and plenty of grounds to walk around is such a bonus.

It smelled very damp and despite trying to air out and using febreeze it wasn't great. I expect some cobwebs and spiders in the countryside but there were loads which suggested it hadn't been cleaned well. I would also recommend a different bathmat because both me and my husband slipped badly when getting out of the shower - damp floor and slippery mat is a bad combination.

The key safe was confusing two key safes on the wall. I liked the level of cleanliness, how spacious the bungalow was and I felt safe there. Peace and quiet was lovely. The walks were fab with my dog and we visited the garden center daily, had a few breakfasts there and dinner with family. Nice walk and not needing my car was a luxury.

Grass being cut outside and all the cuttings being left. Walked it constantly into the bungalow. Being a single lady with a dog, trying to open that stable door was horrid, top kept returning and pinching top of my arm as it swung back before I’d time to open the lower bottom inside lock. No hook/catch to leave open and you can’t secure top to bottom either, unusual. Sofa hard and bed not comfortable. Shower needs attention and clock in kitchen a battery. Little things which should be dealt with. Found a folder of what’s in the area, in kitchen cupboard day before departure. Needs to be visible on side.
